Our Dance Classes in Worthing

J.A.M Dance Academy was first established in 1975 under the original name Hollis School of Dance & Drama, by Marilyn Rogers. The academy is going to be celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2025 with the goal of acquiring our own studio.

We offer a range of classes from age 3 and up as well as boasting a competition team. Some of our students compete in dance festivals and all students take part in the academy show, with the most recent being held in 2021 at [PLACE AND SHOW HERE]

At J.A.M we offer BTDA pos classes in Ballet, Tap and Modern as well as non-graded classes in Pointe, Acro, Contemporary and Musical Theatre. Our students have the option of taking as many or as little classes as they wish, at whatever age and with no pressure. However our competition teams are required to take most or all of the classes on offer to ensure they have the best chance of success.
